Delivery Terms

• Magic Bloom delivers flowers all over the world and Bulgaria 7 days/week and 365 days/year.
   
• Standart delivery: Each delivery made by "Magic Bloom" to your home or office is worth BGN 10 for the territory of the city of Sofia, to the Ring Road!
  After the ring road, the delivery costs BGN 15. up to BGN 20 depending on the distance and remoteness.
  Contact us for clarification before ordering.
   
• We deliver your orders :
  
  In weekdays : from 10.00 to 21.00 o'clock
  In weekends : from 10.00 to 18.00 o'clock
  
  If you order flowers up to 14.00 o'clock we will make the delivery in the same day.
   
• In bad weather conditions the time of delivery may vary.
   
• The orders, executed by a courier company to countryside are delivered from 9.00 to 17.00 o'clock in weekdays and from 9.00 to 14.00 o'clock in weekends.
   
• If you want to deliver flowers in countryside cities or towns, place your order at least 24 hours in advance. In this case you will pay a tax, which covers transport and a special package. Also give us a telephone number where we can find the receiver.
   
• Express delivery: Up to 120 minutes. "Magic Bloom" will make an express delivery after fax or phone confirmation for payment.

Guaranties

• "Magic Bloom" guarantees the exact day and hour for every order, made by you. We also guarantees the freshness of the flowers.
   
• "Magic Bloom” doesn't take responsibility for orders with wrong address or unacurate details of the receiver.
   
• "Magic Bloom" doesn't take responsibility if the receiver is not available at the address.
   
• We deliver flowers in countryside with a courier company who guarantees the quality of the service.
