By using the website and ordering products or services through it, you declare that you agree to all terms and conditions for the sale of products by Flowers Direct Ltd. described on the pages of this site.

5. Order
5.1. Product order from our online store - www.flowersdeliverybg.com, can be made online 24 hours a day / 7 days a week or by phone: 0899 293 352 or 0898 399 664 from 9.00 to 18.00.
Orders made online and paid out of working hours are confirmed the next day.

5.2. You need to order at least one day in advance so your order can be processed in a timely and correct manner.
Today's orders for today are considered as express delivery and are accepted until 14.00. on that day.

5.3. Express orders can be delivered within 3 hours of the payment of the order. Accordingly, the payment should be made at least 3 hours before the specified delivery interval.

6. Cancel Order

6.1. You have the right to cancel your order without having to give specific reasons for it until 24 hours before its delivery date. To cancel your order, you need to contact our employee first by phone. If you have already paid the order, the amount will be refunded within 3 days if the deadlines are met. Upon payment of a refund upon customer's waiver, all fees for the incoming and returning transfers will be deducted from the amount paid. If the order is declined on the day of delivery, the amount will remain at the Client's expense and will not be refunded.

6.2. "Flowers Direct" Ltd. reserves the right to refuse orders, failing to make the delivery, namely the absence of certain flowers in delayed payment and delayed receipt of payment by the customer for his order.
You will be informed in good time about the cancellation of your order and the amount paid on it will be released from our account within 24 hours.

7. Terms and delivery terms
Orders for Sofia and the country can be executed for the same day
7.1. Supplies ordered from www.flowersdeliverybg.com are from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm local time. Delivery is possible beyond the specified time, but only after explicit confirmation of delivery by our employee.

7.2. The customer may specify a time range for delivery:
          from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
from 13.00h. - until 18.00.
and during the day (9:00 - 18:00)

7.3. The delivery price on the territory of Sofia (to the ring road) is free of charge. For another location you choose, the system automatically charges you for delivery.
The quoted prices of the products do not include delivery. The delivery price is calculated and charged additionally depending on the place of delivery and the terms of execution of the order.

7.4. It is possible to increase the delivery fee on 14 February; 7th, 8th and 9th March; as well as on public holidays and weekends and deliveries outside the above-mentioned time range.

7.5. The timely execution of your order depends on the correctly submitted data in the process of your request. Flawers Direct Ltd. is not responsible for a failed order due to incomplete or incorrectly submitted data.
In the case of a specified incomplete, incorrect or incorrect address and / or telephone number at the filing of the application, the same is considered invalid and FLOWERS DIRECT OOD does not give rise to the obligation to do so.

7.7. If the recipient is absent from the address you submitted, we will contact the recipient at the phone specified in the order and specify new delivery parameters. If the phone number is inaccurate or incorrect, your order will be left to your relatives or neighbors near the address you specify. In the event that your order is not available, your order will be returned to our office or shop, and after a further reservation we will be re-delivered, for which you will be charged an additional fee.

9.2.3. International transfers: Please note that when paying with a bank transfer from abroad, you will have to pay all the costs of the transfer, including those for its receipt. This does not apply to payments from EU Member States as long as payment is ordered through SEPA.
9.2.4. Western Union, Moneygram, Telegraph, Econt Express Transcription: You can pay your order via Western Union, Moneygram, Telegraph via Bulgarian Posts, Courier Econt Express, by selecting "Postage" as a payment method in the process of your order. 10.4 Right to Compensation: Only the payer of the contract has the right to compensation and the amount is refunded according to the method of payment. Payment of a credit card order can not be refunded by wire transfer.
